Our transfer cases undergo a comprehensive remanufacturing procedure to ensure they match and or (in most cases) surpass the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) standards. Here’s an overview of our process;

Thorough Cleaning: Our remanufacturing process begins with a complete disassembly and deep cleaning of each transfer case.

Detailed Inspection: We meticulously inspect each unit for any signs of excessive wear or damage, such as cracks, warping of shafts, or stretching of the chain. 

Replacement of Components: Critical parts like seals, bearings, joints, and rings are replaced with new ones to ensure optimal performance.

Rigorous Testing: Post reassembly, every transfer case undergoes extensive testing, including spin and vacuum tests, to check for leaks and ensure adherence to our strict quality standards.

Our commitment to this detailed remanufacturing process allows us to offer an industry-leading warranty. Every transfer case comes with an 18-month unlimited mileage warranty, with an option to extend to 36 months. This level of assurance is unmatched in the remanufacturing industry.
