We will not cover the unit if the driveshaft yoke is either not in perfect condition or has been replaced. A scratched or damaged Drive Shaft yoke / U-joint assembly will destroy any transfer case you put with it.

Additionally, warranty coverage does not extend to units affected by incorrect, insufficient, or improper lubrication. Proper maintenance is essential, and vehicle owners are responsible for ensuring the correct type and level of fluid for their transfer case units. You also must ensure that your drive shaft yoke is either replaced or in perfect condition prior to installing.

Seal-Related Lubrication Issues:
